WHAT FUNCTION DOES EACH STEP HAVE?

1. Initiation: We interviewed key users in the area, We apply questionnaires and review lists to collect the necessary information. This allows us adequately analyze and plan each requested development.

2. Análisis y Planificación: In this phase, we review the information to find problems or doubts. We define the important characteristics of the system and We estimate how long it will take to finish it. We create a schedule with the dates for each stage, such as startup, reviews, testing and launch. This plan is delivered to the requesting area for approval before starting the design.

3. Solution design: We define the technical specifications and we design the structure of the system, including databases, user interfaces and administrators. We also deliver mock-up designs and prototypes.

4. Construction: In this phase the designs will be translated made in source code. The development team will validate the code to ensure that it meets with the requirements and established design. In addition to them, all the necessary unit tests will be carried out to ensure the correct operation of each of the modules or interfaces created for subsequent integration with the other sections. Identified errors must be corrected and retested.

5. Deployment: We verify that the software complies with standards and certifications, and we perform integration and acceptance tests with key users. We correct and we document errors, and we do penetration testing and vulnerability analysis, generating a report with results and recommendations. Development is authorized when key users confirm its correct operation, and then it is delivered to the client, configuring servers and necessary resources.

6. Departure and Stabilization: The operation begins in the productive environment and functional and technical support is offered for developments. Also included preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance if necessary. Support is provided through of a "Help Desk".

WHAT FUNCTION DOES EACH STEP HAVE?

1. Baseline installation: We configure the SAAS system installing the Humanergy license and the preconfigured system called "Baseline".

2. Analysis and Planning: In this phase, we review the information to see if the preconfigured system meets specific needs. We compare the Humanergy functions with what is needed and we decide what to adjust, develop or connect.

3. Solution design: In this phase, we define the BBPs (planes of business) that indicate how Humanergy will be adjusted before the Realization phase. We also create the functional specifications and design the system structure and its interfaces.

4. Realization: We convert designs into adjustments, developments of GAPS and interfaces. The team verifies that everything meets the requirements and design. Also we do unit tests to ensure that each module or interface works well, correcting and re-working test any errors.

5. Deployment: We verify that the software complies with the standards, manufacturer certifications and good practices. We perform integration tests to ensure that everything works as planned, including acceptance testing with key users. We correct and We document any errors found. The system is authorized for use in production when the key users confirm that everything is correct, and then we deliver the final product to the customer in the defined environment.

6.Exit and Stabilization: In this phase the beginning is considered of operations in the productive environment (real operational) as well as functional stabilization and technique of the deployment carried out.

7. Support and maintenance: This phase covers the entire cycle of service, offering constant support, including technical support, preventive maintenance, corrective and evolutionary. Everything is managed through a "Help Desk".
