WHAT FUNCTION DOES EACH STEP HAVE?
1. Baseline installation: We configure the SAAS system
installing the Humanergy license and the preconfigured system called "Baseline".
2. Analysis and Planning: In this phase, we review the
information to see if the preconfigured system meets specific needs. We compare
the
Humanergy functions with what is needed and we decide what to adjust, develop or connect.
3. Solution design: In this phase, we define the BBPs (planes
of
business) that indicate how Humanergy will be adjusted before the Realization phase. We also create the
functional specifications and design the system structure and its interfaces.
4. Realization: We convert designs into adjustments, developments
of GAPS and interfaces. The team verifies that everything meets the requirements and design. Also
we do
unit tests to ensure that each module or interface works well, correcting and re-working
test any errors.
5. Deployment: We verify that the software complies with the
standards,
manufacturer certifications and good practices. We perform integration tests to ensure that
everything works as planned, including acceptance testing with key users. We correct and
We document any errors found. The system is authorized for use in production when the
key users confirm that everything is correct, and then we deliver the final product to the customer in the
defined environment.
6.Exit and Stabilization: In this phase the beginning is considered
of operations in the productive environment (real operational) as well as functional stabilization and
technique
of the deployment carried out.
7. Support and maintenance: This phase covers the entire cycle of
service, offering constant support, including technical support, preventive maintenance,
corrective and evolutionary. Everything is managed through a "Help Desk".
